All of our dresses are custom made with high quality bridal fabric and great embellishment by fine workmanship.
We only sell high quality products.
2. How long does it take to process the order?
All dresses are custom made, and it usually takes 3-4 weeks for making the dress and 1 week for shipping.
3. Do you have minimum requirement?
There is no minimum requirement for retail orders and only a small requirement of 5 dresses for wholesale orders. Please contact us for details of wholesale orders.
4. How to order?
A. Order online: Create an account on our website-click the dress you like-choose size and color-click add to cart-click check out-follow the instructions to finish the check out process. If you choose other size or other color, please write it down in the comment area during the process of check out
B. Order via email: check the dresses on our website-email us the name of the dress, the size, the color, and tell us which payment method you would like to use, we will reply to you within 24 hours..
5. How do I pay for the order?
Retail: We accept paypal, Western Union, MoneyGram, Bank transfer.
Wholesale: Western Union, Bank transfer.
6. Do I need to pay for the shipment?
Shipment is only required for wholesale orders.

8. Do I need to pay tax for the dress?
No tax here, but you will need to pay for any taxes or custom duties payable in your own country if it occurs when the dress arrive your country. According to our experience, this situation is seldom occur.
9. What is your return policy?
All of our dresses are strictly check to guarantee the quality for our customers before shipment, and you can return the dress if there is a problem with the quality, such as manufacturer damage.
Returns should be done within 3 days from the date of receipt. After 3 days there will be no refunds or exchanges. Refunds only offer for quality problem, and exchange is both offered for quality and different sizes. In case of refund, 20% restock fees will be charged.
